Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or consultation form, call, text or email us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, and details about your project. We only receive what you choose to send.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any advertising or tracking pixels.

By submitting the form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about that request. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop receiving texts from us, reply STOP or tell us you would like to opt out.
Service providers and third-party content
We use a few outside services to operate this site. They may receive limited information as described here, and they have their own privacy policies.
- Online form provider (Jotform)Our consultation request form is hosted by Jotform and appears on this site as a pop-up and on our Contact page. What you type into it goes to Jotform, which delivers it to us. Jotform may collect technical data such as your IP address and set cookies, under its own privacy policy.
- Website hosting providerServes the site and may keep standard server logs.
- Instagram feed widgetThe photo gallery on our home page is loaded from an Instagram feed service and from Instagram. These providers may collect your IP address and set cookies.
- Google FontsOur text fonts load from Google, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
- Social media linksLinks to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those sites, which are governed by their own policies.
- Financing partnersIf you ask about financing, a lender or financing partner may collect information directly from you under its own terms.
Cookies
We do not set cookies of our own to track you. Third-party content on our pages, such as the Instagram feed and the Jotform consultation form, may set cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet legal or accounting requirements. After that we delete it or remove identifying details.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to people who need it to serve you. No website or online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.
